1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 7qk platform — whether through the website at 7qk.wine or mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 7qk platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 7qk platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

7qk reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Members who fail to provide the required documents within the specified period may face a temporary account restriction until the verification process is complete.

3User Account

Each member is fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. This responsibility includes the following:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential
• Not sharing login credentials with any other party
• Notify 7qk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that personal information in your account is kept up to date and accurate.
• Not using another person's account even with the account owner's consent

7qk will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their account login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately via the platform's live chat.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The 7qk platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via supported payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposits are subject to the limits set for each payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the member's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, for anti-money laundering purposes
• Accounts that have not completed full KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits.
• 7qk reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete if there are any signs of suspicious activity.
• Valid winning withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour upon approval

5Bonuses & Promotions

7qk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements and specific terms stated alongside each promotion. Key general points to note:

• The 200% welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or directly exchanged for cash.

6Game Rules

All games available on the 7qk platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, e-sports, and other categories — are operated in accordance with established game rules. Key points regarding game rules:

• Game results are final once determined by the system and cannot be disputed on technical grounds by the user.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 7qk will use server records to determine a fair outcome
• All slot and table games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited to ensure fairness
• Sports bets accepted before a match begins are valid; bets accepted after the result is known will be voided
• Players found using automated software, bots, or any unauthorized method to gain an unfair advantage in games will be subject to immediate action

7Member Conduct

7qk expects all members to act honestly, fairly, and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits repeatedly.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using false information or fake documents during registration or the KYC process

Any violation of the above may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach, and 7qk reserves the right to withhold or void any balance or winnings in the affected account.

8Account Closure & Suspension

A member's account may be suspended or closed under the following circumstances:

• At the member's own request — for the purpose of a break or self-exclusion.
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to provide the required KYC documents within the specified period.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.

When an account is closed due to a terms violation, 7qk reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. If no fraud or serious breach is confirmed, the valid balance will be returned to the member via the payment method used.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team via the platform's live chat. Requests will be processed within 1–3 business days.

9Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 7qk and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the member.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing due to factors beyond 7qk's control, such as banking or network issues.

10Privacy & Data Protection
